KINGSTON, Jamaica — The final count for the Electoral Division of Toll Gate in Clarendon South Western has been completed. According to the Electoral Commission of Jamaica the seat has been declared for the Jamaica Labour Party candidate Radcliffe McDonald with 1,503 votes. The People’s National Party candidate Godfrey Knight received 1, 502 votes. There were 23 rejected ballots.
