KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; While acknowledging that the job of police commissioner is a hard and &ldquo;uphill task&rdquo;, online readers expressed relief at news that Commissioner of Police Dr Carl Williams will retire in January, while many called for Minister of National Security Robert Montague to follow suit.
