SAN LUIS POTOS&Iacute;, Mexico (AFP) &mdash; A huge crowd turned out Monday to celebrate the 15th birthday of Rubi Ibarra, a small town Mexican girl &mdash; though it was fewer than the 1.3 million people who said they were coming after the invitation went viral online.
