KINGSTOWN, St Vincent (CMC) &mdash; The Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal has ordered the Supervisor of Elections, Sylvia Findlay-Scrubb, her agents or servants not to destroy documents pertaining to the December 2015 election in the Central Leeward and North Windward constituencies pending the hearing of an appeal related to the results.
