KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions said that the questioning of People&rsquo;s National Party big wigs including Portia-Simpson Miller was never meant to be a &ldquo;statement-taking exercise&rdquo; but an open questioning of the former government officials before the people they serve.
