KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; Twenty three United Nations agencies working in Jamaica have combined technical expertise and financial resources with other development partners in the Caribbean to present a combined programme of assistance to the English and Dutch-speaking Caribbean, including Jamaica, for the period 2017 to 2021.
