ST ANDREW, Jamaica &mdash; Prime Minister Andrew Holness, today met with Daniel Seah, Deputy Director of Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE) and representatives from the Special Economic Zone Authority (SEZA) to discuss the partnership between both governments to develop Jamaica&rsquo;s Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
