KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; State minister in the Ministry of National Security Pearnel Charles Jr has lauded the Caribbean Cement Company for partnering with the Department of Corrections (DCS) in the establishment of a greenhouse project at the Tamarind Farm Adult Correctional Centre.
