ROSEAU, Dominica (CMC) — Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit says the leadership of two opposition parties had planned to storm his office and “seize the seat of power” during Tuesday night’s disturbances that led to demonstrators setting fire to buildings and looting several businesses.
