Traffic changes made in downtown Kingston for today's opening of Parliament
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The police have advised that as a result of today's ceremonial opening of Parliament on Duke Street in downtown Kingston, the following streets will be closed to vehicular traffic from 8:00 am, until the conclusion of the ceremony:
