Prime Minister Andrew Holness yesterday put on a hard hat, climbed into a backhoe and broke ground for a US$1.03-million sewerage project in his St Andrew West Central constituency which, he said, will finally spare him the embarrassment of his constituents complaining on the electronic media about overflowing sewage.
