PORT AU PRINCE, Haiti (CMC) &mdash; The Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations (UNSG) and head of the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH), Sandra Honor&eacute;, has reiterated her concerns over the deaths of 42 detainees since the start of the year.
