KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; The General Legal Council (GLC) disciplinary committee, which found well-known former attorney Harold Brady guilty of misappropriating funds and struck his name for the roll of attorneys licensed to practise in Jamaica, says they found his conduct "reprehensible".
