KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; Minister of Tourism, Edmund Bartlett yesterday announced that the World Bank has agreed to partner with Jamaica and the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) in staging the historic Global Conference on Building Partnerships for Sustainable Tourism for Development.
