OAS, Oxford University collaborate to improve analysis of poverty in the Caribbean
WASHINGTON, United States (CMC) — The Organization of American States (OAS) says it is collaborating with the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (OPHI) to promote the use of the Multidimensional Poverty Index in the region.
