Brigadier David Cummings now deputy chief of defence staff
MAJOR General Rocky Meade, with the approval of the Defence Board, yesterday announced the promotion of Colonel David Cummings to the rank of brigadier in the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF), as well as his appointment as deputy chief of defence staff.
