KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; Shantae Foreman of Excelsior High School a short while ago achieved the fourth record on the girls&rsquo; side of action and the fifth of the 107th staging of the ISSA/ GraceKennedy Boys&rsquo; and Girls&rsquo; Athletics Championships in the Class Three high jump final at the National Stadium.
