KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; International media outlets are hailing Brianna Lyston of St Jago High School as the next Usain Bolt after her sterling performance at the just-concluded ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys&rsquo; and Girls&rsquo; Athletics Championships at Jamaica&rsquo;s National Stadium.
