April 17 was a day Cecil Prawl looked forward to as the time to commemorate the life of his beloved mother by visiting the Port Royal cemetery, where she was laid to rest 17 years ago. However, his plans were dashed on Easter Monday when he lost his life in a motor vehicle crash.
