Foreign Minister Senator Kamina Johnson Smith confirmed Thursday that there has been a drop in the supply of oil to Jamaica under the PetroCaribe agreement with Venezuela but did not attribute it to the ongoing protests in the country, as reported in yesterday’s edition of the Jamaica Observer.
