KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; Tourism Minister Edmund Bartlett says the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO), Government of Jamaica and World Bank Group conference to be held in Montego Bay in November has received full endorsements from over 21 African ministers from the UNWTO Commission for Africa.
