Manchester businessman shot dead, police theorise he was wrong target

The Mandeville Police are theorising that the Manchester businessman who was last night shot dead in the community of May Day might have been the wrong target. Barrington DeSouza, 63, of Patrick Town district was shot dead about 7:30 p.m as he got out of his car near a bar.
