One arrested for stealing electricity to heat indoor pool, tub downtown Kingston
The Jamaica Public Service is reporting that one person has been arrested for electricity theft after it was found that an illegal connection was being used to heat an indoor swimming pool and hot tub at a business and residence in downtown Kingston.
