A Manchester man, who was found with several cellphones and jewellery following Sunday's Carnival road march in the Corporate Area, has been charged.The man, 20-year-old Jamar Myrie of Kirkview Terrace in Ingleside, has been charged for breaches of the Larceny Act, a release from the police's Corporate Communications Unit said yesterday.
