Assistant Commissioner of the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) Hamish Campbell testified this morning that police constable Collis 'Chucky' Brown told him that a senior officer in the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) supplied him and other members of the 'special' police squad with resources to carry out extrajudicial killings.
