THE sentencing of Constable Collis “Chucky” Brown failed to get under way yesterday in the the Home Circuit Court due to Wednesday's closing of the Christmas term.Brown, who was convicted last November on three counts of murder, wounding with intent and conspiracy to murder, was further remanded for sentencing on January 25.
