SANTIAGO, Chile (CMC) – The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) says United Nations Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed will participate in the opening session of the third meeting of the Forum of the Countries of Latin America and the Caribbean on Sustainable Development at ECLAC headquarters here.
