#Carnival2019 | Heavy police presence as 8,000 revellers expected to hit the streets
There is already heavy police presence on the streets of St Andrew for today's Carnival road march. Some 8,000 revellers aligned with three bands, will spend most of the day on the roads to the beats of music blaring from mobile sound systems.
