Thwaites: Results of NEI primary schools survey mediocre
EDUCATION Minister Ronald "Ronnie" Thwaites has described as "mediocre" the results of the National Education Inspectorate's (NEI) report on the performance of 135 primary and secondary schools and declared that the situation must be "curbed".
