Webb, a 2nd-year student at the School of Drama, Edna Manley College, was selected winner by a panel comprising members of the Trust and of the administrative staff of the College from a group of six applicants. "She impressed the panel with her commitment and talent and her expressive articulation of her plans and goals for the future of theatre in her community and in Jamaica," the Trust said. Webb also received a cheque for $100,000. Fuller, also a student at the School of Drama, is the recipient of a bursary of $40,000 for impressing the panel and his lecturers as "a potentially great Jamaican actor".
