Water from National Water Commission (NWC) broken pipe cascades down a hillside in Chancery Hall, St Andrew, Tuesday. Residents in the upscale community say the pipe has been running on and off for years and complaints to the commission seem to have fallen on deaf ears. Ironically, the broken pipe is just about 50 metres from the NWC pumping station in the area. (Photo: Observer)
