KINGSTON, Jamaica - The National Water Commission (NWC) is advising customers in sections of St Catherine and the Corporate Area served by the Tulloch Springs Water Supply System that the continued interruption in service is due to works being carried out to repair the broken Rio Cobre pipeline.
