SANTA CRUZ, St Elizabeth - The skeletal remains of a man police and residents suspect is that of a 23 year-old farmer, Oliver Foster, who went missing last September, was found in a forested area of Park Mountain district, close to Santa Cruz, St Elizabeth on Saturday.
