Dr Henry Lowe (second left), executive chairman of the Environmental Health Foundation (EHF) Group of Companies, presents a copy of his autobiography, It Can Be Done, to minister of education Ronald Thwaite. Elaine Foster-Allen (left), permanent secretary in the Ministry of Education, and Latoya West-Blackwood, manager of Pelican Publishers Limited, a part of the EHF Group of Companies, share the occasion. Dr Lowe donated 100 copies of his motivational memoir to the Ministry of Education to be placed in school libraries islandwide.
