NEARLY two months after tabling a motion in the Senate seeking to have the electoral process create space for relying on the intention of voters to decide spoilt ballots, instead of "slavishly" adhering to the provision of the Representation of the People Act (ROPA), Opposition Senator Dr Christopher Tufton has withdrawn the motion.
