Jamaica National General Manager Earl Jarrett appears impressed by little Jacqueline Smith's views during the opening ceremony of the Early Childhood Development Conference at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in New Kingston on Monday evening. Jarrett, whose company, along with the CHASE Fund, sponsored the conference, gave the rationale for the event, which closed yesterday after a full day of presentations and during which the Dudley Grant Memorial Trust was launched.
