Light and power outfit, the Jamaica Public Service Company is to submit a preliminary report to the Ministry of Energy and the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) this week, following its investigations into the causes of Saturday's outage, which affected approximately 70 per cent of its nearly 600,000 customers.
