KINGSTON, Jamaica - Fifty-nine-year-old Lovell Elliot, an engineer of London, England, who was reported missing on Friday, April 5, was found dead at the Long Bay Beach Park in Negril, Westmoreland Sunday morning. He is suspected to have committed suicide.
