OCHO RIOS, St Ann - The St Ann Parish Council has made a call for the National Water Commission (NWC) to move speedily to fix at least two pumps in the parish. The Beecher Town and the Minard pumps are said to be out of service for a while, resulting in areas such as Brown’s Town being out of water for weeks now.
