PORT ANTONIO, Portland — The Port Antonio Marine Police yesterday seized 350 pounds of compressed ganja, with a street value of about $4 million, in the mangroves west of Navy Island in the vicinity of the Errol Flynn Marina. A canoe and a dingy that were found in the area were also seized.
