Sandals Negril team members are a picture of pride after receiving their Soon Come Back/Sandals Select training certification from Training and Business Development Manager for Soon Come Back (SCB) and Sandals Select Rewards Jolene Dyer (right) and Warren Dyer (centre), SCB loyalty manager for the resort. The team recently underwent training aimed at sensitising them about the Sandals Select Rewards Club which allows returning guests of Sandals and Beaches to earn points as a 'Thank You' for their ongoing loyalty. They are also now better equipped to introduce the Soon Come Back programme to guests, which will allow them to book their next vacation with attractive and stable rates before returning home -- an initiative noted for consistently bringing visitors back to the Caribbean.
