KINGSTON, Jamaica - Investigators from the Transnational Crimes and Narcotics Division (TCND) Tuesday (May 7) found 10 packages containing 14.25 pounds of ganja and four packages containing 2.25 pounds of cocaine in a passenger’s wheelchair at the Sangster International Airport (SIA) in Montego Bay.
