A National Works Agency (NWA) contractor carries out work on a section of the Sandy Gully bridge on Constant Spring Road, in the vicinity of Marketplace, on Monday. Work began on Sunday to strengthen the expansion joints on the western bridge, Stephen Shaw, NWA's communications and customer services manager, told the Jamaica Observer yesterday.
