Should teachers be given paid study leave?

There has been much controversy over the past week regarding Government's decision to withdraw paid study leave from teachers. The Jamaica Teachers' Association, the union representing the teachers, has come out in protest against the move. The Sunday Observer got responses from Jamaicans in Half-Way-Tree, St Andrew, on the issue.
