'You're moving too slow, NWC' - International agencies say commission taking too long

Two of the world's foremost lending and grant-aid organisations are unimpressed by the efforts of the National Water Commission (NWC) to implement multibillion-dollar projects that are funded by them. The agencies have reportedly signalled to the Government that it needs to move urgently to ensure that the NWC implements the projects on a more timely and efficient basis.
