Court, FSC to decide on reversal of pension funds, ATL fraud case told

DAVID Davies, the Appliance Traders Limited (ATL) global chief financial officer, yesterday opined that members of the group's pension scheme who benefited from the alleged unauthorised allocation of surplus could hear soon if there would be a reversal of the allotment to their accounts.
