PRETORIA, South Africa — Former wife Winnie Madikizela-Mandela arrives yesterday at the Mediclinic Heart Hospital in Pretoria where former South African President Nelson Mandela is being treated. President Jacob Zuma has said that Nelson Mandela's condition remains critical for a second straight day and described the stricken anti-apartheid hero as being 'asleep' when he visited him the previous evening.
