Thwaites appeals to parents for help to furnish schools
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Minister of Education, Ronard Thwaites, has appealed to parents to assist “with a desk or chair”, where they can, to help his ministry deal with the shortage of funds to replace and repair school furniture.
