CHARLES TOWN, Portland:THE PARTICIPATION of the Suriname delegation in the fifth Charles Town Maroon conference in Portland last weekend was highly anticipated as the Jamaican Maroons and their Surinamese counterparts have much in common in terms of their rich history and heritage.
