Former Prime Minister P.J. Patterson has called on Jamaicans to unite. Patterson made the call while delivering the keynote address at a civic ceremony Thursday, to commemorate and open a permanent exhibition on the life of National Hero Norman Manley in Roxborough, Manchester.
